  • Forest of Fallen Giants: Give the Dull Ember to Steady Hand McDuff, light the torch stand and rest; his chest now holds the Craftsman's Hammer and Twinkling Titanite
  • The Pit / Grave of Saints: NG+: the bridge corpse now has Twinkling Titanite instead of the Bleed Stone, and a dark Firekeeper spirit drops the Dingy set
  • Huntsman's Copse / Undead Purgatory: Spending 20,000 souls with Stone Trader Chloanne earns two Twinkling Titanite; killing her drops a Palestone
  • Harvest Valley: NG+: the Gavlan cave chest gives a Palestone and the Steelworker room exit holds Twinkling Titanite
  • Earthen Peak: Break the fence, walk left along the ledge and meet Laddersmith Gilligan; pay him 2,000 souls to lower a ladder to a Pharros' Lockstone and Twinkling Titanite
  • The Gutter: Climb two ladders for a Large Soul of a Nameless Soldier, a Fragrant Branch of Yore, Twinkling Titanite, a Human Effigy and Smooth & Silky Stones
  • Iron Keep / Belfry Sol: Up the steps to the right, drop for a Soul of a Proud Knight and Repair Powder; climb the ladder to the chest with the Life Ring+1 and Twinkling Titanite

  • Drangleic Castle / King's Passage: In the room lined with masks, the trapped chest has a Large Soul of a Brave Warrior and Twinkling Titanite; roll away as the darts fire
  • Drangleic Castle / King's Passage: Ride down and unlock King's Passage: Alluring Skulls on the right, then (four statues wake up) a Lifegem, Soul of a Proud Knight, Twinkling Titanite and Petrified Something behind pillars
  • Shrine of Amana: Outside to the right pick up the Flame Butterfly and Twinkling Titanite you knocked down

  • Dragon Shrine: Through the left archways and up, a chest has Twinkling Titanite; the tower holds a Faint Stone
  • Dragon Shrine: NG+: the chest at the top of the second Drakekeeper's stairs holds three Twinkling Titanite

  • Dragon's Sanctum: Shoot the ceiling switch for a chest with Twinkling Titanite and Petrified Dragon Bones

  • Brume Tower: Past it a chest by a locked door has Twinkling Titanite
  • Brume Tower: Pull the lever and loot Twinkling Titanite, a Human Effigy, Large Titanite Shards and a Dried Root; watch for Fume Sorcerers and a rear ambush
  • Brume Tower: At the bottom take Twinkling Titanite and Recollection, then clear the Scorcher room for the Scorching Iron Scepter
  • Brume Tower: Three Iron Warriors rise from the ash field. Its ash statues hide Human Effigy items, Charcoal Pine Resins, Wilted Dusk Herbs, Skeptic's Spice, Twinkling Titanite and Titanite Chunks
