Walkthrough steps

• Forest of Fallen Giants: Meet Merchant Hag Melentia and buy Lenigrast's Key first; she also sells a Traveling Merchant Hat, Pharros' Lockstone, Fragrant Branch of Yore, Soul Arrow, Heal and basic weapons
• Forest of Fallen Giants: Down the ladder, open the trapped chest for a Titanite Shard, then use a Pharros' Lockstone on the hidden door for the Chloranthy Ring and a Titanite Slab
• Forest of Fallen Giants: Back in Majula open the mansion with the House Key: Pharros' Lockstone in the library, Titanite Shards and a Torch upstairs
• No-man's Wharf: Back downstairs, use a Pharros' Lockstone to light the whole wharf
• The Pit / Grave of Saints: The next platform has a Pharros' Lockstone; then jump across for Poison Moss
• The Pit / Grave of Saints: Use a Pharros' Lockstone to drop the bridge near the top; cross for Poison Moss, then go upstairs for Whisper of Despair and a Torch

• Black Gulch: Follow the cliff to a cave with a petrified statue; free it, light the Hidden Chamber bonfire and take the Pharros' Lockstone from the jar
• Black Gulch: Defeat The Rotten; summon Lucatiel of Mirrah (2nd fight), Lone Hunter Schmidt or Bashful Ray. Cutting his left arm drops a Pharros' Lockstone later. Reward: Soul of the Rotten and 47,000 souls
• Iron Keep / Belfry Sol: Upstairs take the Pharros' Lockstone on the left, open the hidden door on the right for Fire Arrows and the next hidden door by the ballista
• Iron Keep / Belfry Sol: Through the door, a Pharros' Lockstone reveals a hidden ladder to the Thunder Quartz Ring+1
• Shaded Woods: Take a Fading Soul on the path, then a Pharros' Lockstone up on the left where the stone walls begin

• Drangleic Castle / King's Passage: In the statue hall, kill enemies near the golem statues to open each door (a Ruin Sentinel waits behind every one): one has a Pharros' Lockstone, one the Mastodon Greatsword, one the Royal Soldier's Ring+1, and one a collapsing floor
• Shrine of Amana: Through the fog light Crumbled Ruins; a Pharros' Lockstone in the water by the ramp gives the Helix Halberd
• Undead Crypt: Quickly destroy every statue and the bell-ringer, then reveal the illusory wall on the left and use a Pharros' Lockstone
• Aldia's Keep: Pull the statue chain to open the door, light the corridor with a Pharros' Lockstone and take a Radiant Lifegem (acolytes hide behind paintings)
• Aldia's Keep: First left door: Pharros' Lockstone behind shelves, then an illusory wall to the Ritual Site bonfire
