Lud and Zallen, the King's Pets: Damage the first tiger as much as possible before the second arrives partway through.

Mirrah Hat (Crown of the Ivory King): On a corpse beside the ruins near the summon signs in Frigid Outskirts.
Ring of the Living (Crown of the Ivory King): On a corpse before the chasm leading to Lud and Zallen in Frigid Outskirts.
Soul of Lud, the King's Pet (Crown of the Ivory King): Defeat Lud and Zallen, the King's Pets at the end of the Frigid Outskirts.
Soul of Zallen, the King's Pet (Crown of the Ivory King): Defeat Lud and Zallen, the King's Pets at the end of the Frigid Outskirts.

Rest in the coffin at Expulsion Chamber to travel here
Whiteouts spawn Ice Stallions; stay put until the snow clears to avoid getting lost
Take the Blackweed Balm from another coffin and head for the stone circle; Head of Vengarl, Abbess Feeva and Manhunter O'Harrah can be summoned in the ruins
First building: Dried Root inside and the Mirrah Hat outside; a corpse halfway on has Lacerating Knifes
Use a Pharros' Lockstone in the next building only if you want its healing pool
Grab Twinkling Titanite and then Human Effigy items from the next buildings
On a cliff ledge a body has the Ring of the Living
Go left over the bridge (no new stallions spawn there) and defeat Lud and Zallen, the King's Pets; Zallen joins mid-fight. Reward: Soul of Lud, the King's Pet, Soul of Zallen, the King's Pet and 56,000 souls
Step into the light to leave
